PNEUMATIC TILT UNITS FOR EOATS, RBT series

Tilt units are used to rotate 90° the EOAT from the vertical to horizontal position. They’re usually placed between the robot and the quick changer, to provide the 4th axis of a manipulator.
Gimatic offers the largest range of tilt unit, from 900 Ncm to more than 17400 Ncm of lifting torque.

Gimatic tilt units are equipped with tandem pneumatic pistons, two rubber adjustable end strokes, safety lock, optional magnetic sensors and it has a rotation of 90°.
