IOLBOX: A UNIQUE DESIGN 
FOR SEVERAL PRODUCTS
Using the IOLink technology the IOLINK master communicates with IOLBOX sharing both process data and parameters. 

The user can create a network of grippers where the IOLBOX is the unique IOLink device that uses only one node of the external IOLink master.

The IOLBOX behaves as an IOLink gateway toward a special digital version of Gimatic's standard electric grippers.

IOLBOX Features
  • Up to 5 grippers. 
  • Simplify installation and configuration of the device. 
  • Monitor the status of the device. 
  • Allow advanced diagnosis functionalities.
  • Easily replace a device with another of the same type.
  • Suitable for all 16 size grippers (25,32).

Profibus Profinet Day:

"The day was entirely dedicated to communication systems. Focused on PROFIBUS and PROFINET systems, standards already widely used in the most varied areas, but subject to future developments. At the end, was presented, the IO-LINK, another standard that in the last years has been experiencing remarkable growth. Gimatic has already entered the market with the IOLBOX product and has many other projects in the pipeline that will be completed in a couple of years."
