Sales Leader Italia: Sales Engineer – Emilia Romagna/Toscana

Barnes Automation BU has an exciting and challenging career opportunity for a Sales Engineer in its Gimatic Business, headquartered in Roncadelle (Brescia), Italy. Gimatic isa  global player in the market of End of Arm Tooling. This position is responsible for growing the market share in the area of Emilia Romagna and Tuscany, becoming the reliable Gimatic contact for the customers / partners of the area.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Management and development of all sales channels (OEM, DEALERS, SYSTEM INTEGRATOR, END USER…) of all products and accessories of Gimatic
  • Regularly visit distributors and other partners to support the growth of the market in Veneto
  • Manage and document the sales cycle through the active and professional use of CRM (customer visits, opportunities, …) sustaining and developing the future of “Sales Excellence” of Gimatic
  • Be the technical partner for customers (direct customers, distributors, OEM…) in terms of technical training through webcasts or in person training.
  • Ensure technical support when required

Experience and attitude:

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in Industrial Automation
  • Goal oriented and used to work with KPIs
  • Customer Oriented Approach
  • Precise data management

Education/Training Requirements:

  • Technical background (Technical Diploma as minimum)
  • Excellent communication skills
Others requirements:
  • Resident in Emilia Romagna
  • Driving license and used to be “on the street”
